  Volkswagen Nerang ( Commercial Centre ) The worst experience I have ever experienced at a car dealership. My husband and I put a deposit on a amarock in early June, surprising we are still waiting for one when we were promised one in July. We have been laughed at over the phone by the salesperson, told we would lose our $500 deposit and threatened with a charge of 10% of what the car is worth. Currently up to our 2 complaint through head office and about to go straight to the ACCC. I would never recommend this Company to anyone. For someone who wants to pay cash for a car, beyond disappointed.

  Dealt with these guys now 3 times in two years bought our new car elsewhere because of service and ridiculous trade in price, got no service from parts dept when rang for price on spare part for mazda 3 and today had to have met the rudest and most arrogant gentleman Angelo, when wanted a price on car to sell it. Once again wanted to try and rob me with his price . One star is been generous my advice go somewhere else you will do better in every way.
