  No staff on service desk hardly ever, no one to ask for help finding items and two over crowded registers open, this store has gone down hill big time, hardly any friendly faces working there

  This coles is terrible...always do the online shop and click and collect and the past 4 orders they've forgotten more than 4 large items. Had to call back numerous times to get a refund. After the 4th time I gave up. I've had to go back to the store to pick up the items they forgot but charged me for so it's pretty inconvenient when shopping online is supposed to be convenient. The last order I picked up we waited 45 minutes after calling twice at the click and collect station, and our order was missing 6 items. Missing items aside, they gave us expired product, off meat, and terrible produce. We've switched to woolworths now and won't go back to this location ever.
